Terms & Conditions:

Payments: For your security Created in Cloth uses PayPal for secure payments. It is simple to set up a PayPal account.  Go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions on screen or if you prefer you can use PayPal without signing-in to make payment.

Please make your payment after you have added all your items in your shopping basket and follow the on screen instructions to check out.

I will send out PayPal invoices on orders received via FB or other medium.

No customised orders will be undertaken until payment is received.

Packaging: All items will be sent in clean, suitable packaging depending on the item.

Postage: If postage is payable it will be added to your order at time of purchase.

Delivery: I use Royal Mail - 1st class.  I always get proof of postage.

Returns: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased item, please contact me within 14 days (overseas buyers within 28 days) of your order being sent, to arrange for a refund (less postage) or exchange (less postage). Refunds/exchanges will only be made after the returned item is received back in a clean saleable condition and in their original packaging without any sign of usage, wear or tear.  

If your item has been damaged in transit,  please contact me immediately with photographs of the damaged article and packaging.

Customised items: These items are under-taken on a commission basis and are non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.  

Customised items are not undertaken unless payment has been made in full.

Feedback: We all lead hectic lives, so I understand if you are too busy to leave feedback - but it's good to know if you and/or the recipient of your item has brought some happiness.  So if you do have a moment to spare - please get in touch through my Guestbook page.
